At Emo Blanks, each product is made to order and crafted specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we have a strict no refund or cancellation policy after 12 hours from the time your order is placed.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at contact@emoblanks.com. After this period, all sales are considered final and we cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.

We take great pride in the quality of our woven blankets and inspect every item before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review it.
